Remove collections from view if they're not available to the site (multi-site)

This has long bothered me.

I've got 4 sites in a multi-site instance.

I have a Newsletters collection that only belongs in 1 of the sites. Regardless of what site I'm looking at in the control panel though, Newsletters is always there for me.

I propose that collections only show for the sites they're configured for. Of course that raises the question of how one configures collections.

I'd like to make the case for this being accessible via settings.

I'd like to have the same. I think it could be as easy as adding a button to the top "Configure collections" that leads to a page where one get's the whole list of collections to configure.
