Sprint 1 (#6777) sig changes

• removed string.prototype.replaceall polyfill
• replaced videojs-vr with @blaineam/videojs-vr for webxr support + merged patches
• removed unused "normalized-url"
• removed @types/dom-screen-wake-lock shim
• removed @vitejs/plugin-legacy
  • support limited to baseline-widly-available
  • drops IE11, FF ESR?
• replaced CloneDeep from apollo with lodash-es (could cause issues maybe???)
• nodejs min version of v20 is common in all deps
