Points to discuss:

• What programs does this module include and what do they do? (see https://github.com/sslarch/tfqar)
• Is it currently possible to do the same things in R? (If so, please add to https://github.com/sslarch/tfqar/blob/main/tfqar.csv)
• Are there any limitations to the currently-available R equivalents?
• Shall we re-implement some or all of the TFQA programs in R?
• If so, what is the best format?

@jallison7 suggests that we might see this as two submodules (= 2 packages?):

• Point pattern analysis for archaeology, including local density analysis (https://github.com/jallison7/LDen) and Hodder and Okell's A (https://github.com/gianmarcoalberti/GmAMisc, but this is no longer on CRAN)
• Cluster analysis for archaeology, which uses generic clustering methods (e.g. k-means) but takes into account assemblage composition and has additional algorithms for assessing the results (CONTIG, FISHER, KOETJE)
