• Is it currently possible to do the same things in R? (If so, please add to https://github.com/sslarch/tfqar/blob/main/tfqar.csv)
• Are there any limitations to the currently-available R equivalents?
• Shall we re-implement some or all of the TFQA programs in R?
• If so, what is the best format?

I just created a repository under my github account with an R script that implements Local Density Analysis as in the TFQA program LDEN.exe. There are also two sample data files in the repository. Here is a link: https://github.com/jallison7/LDen
