Hi,

I will use this issue to collect a list of things I believe you could improve.

GUI

Small window

When tasks fail I see that I can click on a red button with a bug picture. However when I do I see:

i.e. the window is very small and I cannot maximize it. It would be convenient for the user to be able to maximize

Retry button

For failed tasks it would be convenient to have a retry button and maybe a retry all prefect seems to have that

Tasks not updating

The list of tasks does not seem to update as they finish, to see the change I need to reload the page.

I will try my best to fix the issues, since it is my first time doing Open Source Code contributions. Though I already have a Degree as SE, so know how to follow best industry practices. I will try to manage them in three separate commits.

1. Starting from the window interface (GUI), giving the user a feat to expand the window.
2. Adding a Retry button for failed tasks.
3. Update of the tasks without the need to reload the page.

I think to do third "mini-issue" React will be the way to go, in order to store components and trigger side effects based on actions. Only issue 1 could be fixed.
