Hi, I'm Bryan 👋

I'm a 3x founder and enterprise technology operator based in Southeast Asia. Currently CTO at GoPomelo and Digital China Group, helping large enterprises across SEA and China move from AI-curious to genuinely AI-first.

Before this, I co-founded and led ShopBack as CTO through its early scaling years. After that, I spent years at Microsoft and Amazon — where they gave me the enterprise exposure and engineering management, but startup life taught me everything else.

What I work on

Most of my open work sits at the intersection of enterprise AI adoption, developer tooling, and GTM infrastructure for AI products. I believe the gap between "we have an AI strategy" and "our teams actually use AI to ship faster" is still massive — and that's where I spend my time.
