Moss Piglet Corporation is a family-founded public benefit company building privacy-first software. We believe personal data — your habits, your goals, your conversations — should be private by default, not by promise.

We build and maintain:

  • Metamorphic (metamorphic.app) — a zero-knowledge encrypted habit and self-improvement tracker with post-quantum encryption on every tier
  • metamorphic-crypto — our open-source Rust encryption library (#![forbid(unsafe_code)]), compiled to WASM for web and designed for native targets via UniFFI
  • MOSSLET (mosslet.com) — an open-source, privacy-first social network with E2EE messaging and Bluesky/ATProto interop

Our remote team is based in the US: Mark Thayer (creator/sole developer), Ryan Thayer (co-founder/advisor), and John Thayer (co-founder/advisor).

We're fully bootstrapped — no VC, no ads, no tracking. Our only revenue is our SaaS revenue from our software products or client-based projects.
