File not found under /tmp directory, but it's there

I'm having an error on production where it can't found a file under /tmp but when I make ls in that route the file it's there.

This is working on my local machine, maybe it's just a server configuration or something 🤔 .

I had the same problem because I installed chromium-browser as a snap, which has restricted permissions and couldn't read the system temporary folder. I solved it by setting a custom temporary path: #644 (comment)

Having the same issue, tried the solution in the link but always the same error, I am using Sail on MacOS
