Add find, sort and filter the transactions and rewards history

This is not noted in the roadmap and is not implemented.
If it will not cause too much trouble, it would be great to have the filtering by at least:
- date
- layer/ epoch
- tx type (incoming/outgoing)

sorting at least by: 
- date
- layer/epoch
- amount (maybe also fee?)

find by any detail?
