The payload length of PDU cannot exceed 1500

Description

If the payload length of PDU of the oid exceeds 1500 bytes, snmpwalk will report an error:

Error in packet.
Reason: (genError) A general failure occured
Failed object: SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.3333.2.3

After the test, net-snmp 5.4.4 did not solve the problem, but net-snmp 5.8 has solved the problem.
