Animated cursors in Windows #118
Description
I installed the .cur and .ani files in my Windows machine. However, the .ani cursors are not actually animated in Windows. The first frame remains static. This applies to both left_ptr_watch.ani and watch.ani.
I would like to help resolve this issue, but I do not have the knowledge required to fix it by myself. How can I help you diagnose and fix the issue?
