Improve the swap algorithm

We would like to make two minor changes:

• Use colors from the image when filling in
• Make the size of the squares being swapped roughly equal to the LED squares.

@BrandonMathis Andy reviewed the cycle yesterday and came up with recommendations to make things more uniform. Think you can check this out sometime this week?

To add to this, swap always runs 5 images in a row. It'd be better to add an exit condition and only run on one image.
