Can't Open Issues at the New Repo #552

Hello! I'm so thankful this gem is getting picked up for maintenance, it's great.
I wasn't able to open an issue at https://github.com/kmcphillips/exception_notification, not sure if that's intentional or not.
I was just curious what should be done about the slack-notifier dependency, that gem appears to be unmaintained. We use it on a daily basis, and I wanted to continue doing that :D
This gem + slack-notifier is perfect for small teams/projects. I was trying to switch to Rollbar because this gem was unmaintained, but my team really likes how you can get the current user and request params right in Slack. With Rollbar I wasn't able to customize the notification in a way that made sense for us.
