All of the PVs for devices in DASEL have been renamed, as well as the region itself. When generating YAML files, DASEL now returns nothing because the write script cannot connect to any PVs.
We should either update or re-generate the lcls_elements.csv file to get an up-to-date view of the Oracle Database.
