[Feature Request] SCIM provisioning and IdP group-to-role/team mapping for Omni

Customer wants SCIM-style user provisioning for Omni so access can be managed from GitHub or Entra ID rather than manually creating and updating each user in Omni.

Requested capabilities:

• Provision/deprovision Omni users from an identity provider such as Entra ID or GitHub.
• Map IdP/Active Directory/GitHub groups to Omni roles and/or teams.
• Keep onboarding, offboarding, and team changes in sync automatically.

Customer pain:

• Manual user creation and role/team updates do not scale.
• Offboarding and team changes require clickops and create operational risk.

Isn't that already available via SAML/OAuth integration? What is missing?
