Manually typing a tag in search bar leads to "No handler could be found for the page '/index.php' "

I don't know much about php or web development in general so I'm most definitely doing something wrong here. Help would be appreciated.

This is a very fresh installation. All I've done so far is create an admin account and upload a few dozen images. It's all local, I'm doing this for my own use. No extensions have been enabled and I've only changed the "max size per file" setting.

What steps trigger this bug

1. Type a tag in the search bar under Navigation (I made sure images that contain that tag exists and I'm not making any typos)
2. Press Enter/Return key

What did you expect to happen?
The web page would load all images that contains all tags typed in the search bar, just like any other booru.

What actually happened?
Leads to a page with error message "No handler could be found for the page '/index.php' "

What theme are you using, and are niceurls enabled? (ie is the main page /post/list or /index.php?q=post/list)

What are the URLs before and after hitting enter? (Trying to figure out if it's /index.php?q=post/list&search=foo or /post/list/foo or something else entirely)

niceurls was not enabled. I enabled it and the issue is gone. My bad, I didn't read through every setting. I'll leave the answer to your questions in case they're important.

• Theme is set to "Default"
• When I click on "Index" under "Navigation", url is http://localhost:9000/index.php?q=post%2Flist (I guess that's the main page url. Navigating to http://localhost:9000/post/list or http://localhost:9000/index.php?q=post/list loads the same page)
• url before hitting enter is the main page url, url after hitting enter is http://localhost:9000/index.php?q=%2Findex.php&search=blue_archive

PS: Not entirely sure if I should be the one closing the issue. Let me know if that's the case.

Things should work both with or without niceurls, and /index.php?q=%2Findex.php&search=blue_archive is definitely a bug (it should be /index.php?q=post/list&search=blue_archive), so I'll close after I find where that's coming from and fix it :)
