Command line interface?

Is there a way to manage virtual devices via CLI?
There's some games that don't play nice with vJoy so I have to manually disable it, but then I gotta enable them for games I do use vJoy with.
So it'd be handy to toggle devices on and off via CLI to add to scripts to launch games with specific requirements/compatibility issues.
