New DNS API

Hey, nice work with the DNS Manager!

Unfortunately Hetzner discontinues the old DNS management system and will use the new DNS API (https://docs.hetzner.cloud/reference/cloud#dns). So old zone might still work, but once they are migrated, hdem will have problems to update the zones.
