GitHub Action version 0.7.0 is missing in marketplace

Steps to reproduce:

• Use latest version 0.7.0 in a GitHub Action workflow
• Observe workflow logs, it always builds the Action from scratch instead of downloading it

https://github.com/marketplace/actions/sensuflow shows latest published version is 0.6.0.

Expected:

• Actions workflow should download sensuflow action version 0.7.0 from the Actions marketplace
