Sign In SendGrid: 2FA e-mail is not sent. How to confirm 2FA?

Hi, when I sign in SendGrid App, a message tells me that a 2FA e-mail was sent to confirm, but this e-mail is never sent.
Im here because I don`t know to do anymore. Contact Support Submit is not working too.
