'Setup workflow' project setup screen is too dumb

Is your improvement proposal related to a problem? Please describe.

1. I'm configuring a small Ruby project and it's offering me a "fan-in/fan-out SaaS" workflow?! Semaphore used to auto-detect programming language a decade ago but somewhere along the way this got lost.
2. The list of 'CI Workflows' below covers only 7 languages, repeats Elixir 3x, does not mention containers for example or Apple support... painting a very wrong picture of a CI/CD platform with extremely limited capabilities.
3. There is no way to discover and use Workflow Builder.
4. There's a search input... what for?

(Not each of above points necessarily need to be addressed, it's likely there are solutions that make some of the points irrelevant.)

Describe the solution you'd like

• auto detect my language in case of simple projects
• offer me more help & inspiration
• help me get to a green build in the first take from this screen
