Ability for users to redownload media

Description

Give users the ability to remove and trigger redownload of media.

Desired Behavior

user can go to movie or tv show and if they have permissions to redownload they will see the option to trigger that action.

It will remove the movie or show and then trigger a search in sonarr/radarr.

TV shows should be selectable by series, season, or individual episode/s
