Maintain the list of all methods in the plugin window #26
Description
Instead of removing methods from the list, they should be all preserved and placed in different categories within the method list. For example, possible categories could be "deleted", "new", restored", "suggested" etc.
This provides a more comprehensive overview of the methods and why they have been classified the way they are.
