Add ASP.NET Core Stack

According to stackoverflow developer survey 2023, C# is the 8th most used language
ASP.NET Core is the 7th most used framework.
.NET is the most used in "Other frameworks and libraries".
I think a stack for ASP.NET core will be very useful.
