Hi,
In the multi-sample pipeline (https://kzhang.org/SnapATAC2/tutorials/integration.html#), snap.pp.select_features was performed two times:

Why do you run it two times ? what's the relationship of them ?

The first feature selection was performed on individual sample. After merging all samples together, another feature selection is typically necessary.

So the feature is the chromatin openness corresponding to each tile? Also, how to try the different number of features on the same object?
