Constants SCTP_EXPLICIT_EOR and SCTP_LISTEN are missing

As the title says.... They are present in FreeBSD-15.0, sctplib-1.0.32, libusrsctp-0.9.5.0.

lksctp currently doesn't support SCTP_EOR flag, the implementation will need to save the last send info in kernel. Is there already a use case requiring it?

Not really sure why the association needs LISTEN state? and in lksctp the LISTEN state (SCTP_SS_LISTENING) only exists in socket/endpoint.

Thank you for your reply. I am currently coding a Python wrapper for the lksctp library. I am trying to be thorough by strictly following RFC 6458. So I am testing everything. I still have to deal with section 6.1.
I would like to add that the lksctp library is a great implementation of the SCTP protocol.
