Allow excluding certain keywords from discovery

Please give us to option to exclude keywords from discovery - a page for global controls for everyone, and an individual page for each user.
And the ability to hide a specific title from all users / individually.
I can't let my family use Overseerr because of all the adult movies and tv shows..
The keywords are already known, so why can't I block it?
