Is there a way to add Overseerr as a "context" search in the browser?

I'm trying to add it using https://overseerr.local/search?query={searchTerms} as I usually do, but when I highlight a term and use "overseerr" as the engine, the newly loaded tab kind of "resets" and doesn't load the query. I'm using Firefox and this extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/contextsearch-web-ext/
