[Debug] Rust profiling #264
Description
Overview
We have experienced some issues with the rollup node , which resulted in an EKS pod going into an OOM state. We should introduce a rust profiling tool such as pprof-rs and a tool that allows us to inspect memory, such that we can easily debug issues. There may also be some tokio based tooling of this nature.
