Inaccurate results #90

Hi! Thanks for the interesting work. But for quite a few papers I randomly sampled, it seems like the plugin is not generating accurate number of citations. For example, for a random paper (10.1038/s41586-024-07465-2), the citation count on the journal website is 104, while scite gives 50... I would have thought of this as e.g., delay in time or different citation count systems if it were like 80, but 50 vs 104 is a bit too much. Could you investigate?
