When requesting sessions without selected proposal EXI makes ISPyB API call with wrong parameter

It should call this: @Path("{token}/proposal/{proposal}/info/get") with proposal null

Here is the actual call:

Note bob i.e. user name instead of null

This makes the whole system to go south and to show loading spinner forever
