How can I connect SAS Server in remoting Linux Server throught saspy using the method of IOM?

I got an error : We failed in getConnection

In SAS the default ports are:
8561 - Metadata Server
8591 - Workspace Server

For the IOM connection method, it is required that you use the Workspace Server port. In your sample code, it looks like you are giving it the MetadataServer port. Can you please check this?

Here is what is documented about the iomport:
(Required) The port that object spawner is listening on for workspace server connections (workspace server port - not object spawner port!).
