I noticed that the last commit is from a while back. Is this library still being maintained?

Doesn't look like it, not sure how much interest there is for someone to maintain a community fork.

GitHub actions are managed in the repo through config files. Most of the checks seem to be running on CircleCI though.

I'll see what we can do with higher privileges.

I would be fine helping out with reviewing contributions and making minor tweaks/small features, but my honest feeling is that I don't have the bandwidth to make big contributions or manage the community this moment - if that's fine with you happy to help out!

Yeah, even reviews could help. Right now I e.g. always need to use admin-bypass to merge my own PRs cause nobody is reviewing my stuff. 😅
I will add you to the repo with write grants. With that you can only add PRs but not modifying the main/protected branch.
