Move bahai from private space to 1f7d9 unicode position #1977

Experienced Behavior
The bahai star is at the moment set at private code position eecb.
Expected Behavior
The eecb character represents the 🟙 character and could probably be moved to its actual Unicode position that it got since Unicode 15.
