moving to new computer, custom eighths settings not working

New Mac. Exported Rectangle settings from the old machine, imported to new machine.

I have eighths set up for windows, for example

      "keyCode" : 21,
      "modifierFlags" : 1966080
    }

Works on old machine, but on new machine, nothing. Keyboard error beep.

Quarters and sixths work fine.

The keycodes in the exported json file are wrong for the eighths. Correct keycodes solved the problem.

I do not know if the old machine is using different keycodes (nor if that is even possible) of if something else is going on. (It's upstairs which is just too far away right now.)
