Add finch-daemon vesrion to `finch version` command

What is the problem you're trying to solve?.
There's currently no simple way of finding the version of finch-daemon running in the Finch VM

Describe the feature you'd like
An extra string showing the finch-daemon version, similar to showing our buildkit/nerdctl versions

Additional context
This is probably good to add in our Linux packaging as well since it's bundled with Finch in our packaging
