Extension is removed on restart

When I restart VSCode, the extension is completely removed among installed extensions.
I cannot copy extension information. It fails with an XHR error.
The extension is immediately disabled when reinstalled. It works until VSCode is restarted.
Name of the vsix file is "RTI.omg-idl-1.0.1.vsix".
I'd be glad if you can fix this issue. Thanks!
