Feature Request: Add Log Parser

While we were trying to fix problems related to the deprecation of ament_target_dependencies() we missed errors, warnings, and other information in the console output that would have either prevented problems or helped us find them faster because of the large amount of console output. Is there any chance we could add something like: https://plugins.jenkins.io/log-parser/? This would make it a little easier to read the logs and find problems.
