joy-launch.py does not work #306

Description
On ROS2 Jazzy on Ubuntu 24.04, ros-jazzy-joy package version 3.3.0-3noble.20251009.041603:
$ ros2 launch joy joy-launch.py
...
[ERROR] [launch]: Caught exception in launch (see debug for traceback): Caught multiple exceptions when trying to load file of format [py]:
- TypeError: Node.__init__() missing 1 required keyword-only argument: 'executable'
- InvalidFrontendLaunchFileError: The launch file may have a syntax error, or its format is unknown
