Remove all Troubleshooting sections and update text

- Remove Rocky Linux 10, 9, 8 Troubleshooting sections
- Remove macOS Sequoia Troubleshooting section
- Remove Windows 11 Troubleshooting section
- Remove general Troubleshooting section (Pre-commit Hook Failures,
  Spell Check False Positives, Link Check Timeouts)
- Update Table of Contents to remove Troubleshooting entries
- Change "correctness." to "correctness of the content."
- Change "erases the original author's voice and creates unnecessary
  churn." to "erases the original author's voice."
