Set x/y offset for wallpapers like Music TV or Living Room #2880

I have Spotify running on the left half of my second screen. This means when I set the wallpapers mentioned in the title, half of them are covered. I'd like to be able to have a slider, that - like the zoom and camera angle sliders - would allow me to move the object to right side of the screen.
