A list of pre-defined chat commands

I wanted to share a list of pre-defined chat commands that I've collated to help refine the AI integration into something that feels similar to having a virtual coach who understands your runs and gives feedback automatically.

Below are the current agent commands I’m using. These can be triggered to perform analyses, generate insights, or plan future training weeks.

📈 Performance & Training Analysis

while i'm thinking of it (and perhaps this is deserving of yet another cheeky feature request), does the chat framework/tool allow for grouping the pre-define chat commands as I have grouped them here? It would certainly help tidy up the large list

Also, it looks like when I write the / char I only get a list of the top 5 pre-defined chat commands. The others ARE there but only if I search from them by name. I'm not sure if this is by design or not, but it does mean I need to remember each of the commands rather than being able to see a complete list. See screenshot:

What provider/model do you use? I just had a lot of problems with my local ollama llama3:8b model.

yeah no worries! I'm using gpt-4.1-mini-2025-04-14 but that is purely because @robiningelbrecht suggested I try it after I had a few problems with hitting the limits of tokens allowed per prompt. Here's my extracted config.yaml if you need:

Thanks - all open-ai models. I wanted to stay local. Just tried gpt-oss:20b but without success. I guess i´ll keep on trying or start copy&paste my data, that works :).
