`timeline` & `eventsDescribed` in `verses.json` is swapped

Hey, this data is so helpful!

Found a slight bug though the id in timeline & eventsDescribed in verses.json is swapped. I only checked a few verses but it seems to need to be swapped for all verses.

CSV files may need an update as well (haven't checked).

Thanks, the eventsDescribed field is a holdover from a different dataset. Please ignore it. I'll remove that field in my next JSON update.
