If Quaff is being used as a B2BUA (i.e. receives a call, initiates a matching but different call), the Route header handling isn't quite right. Specifically:
- it should be easier to copy routesets between calls
- there should be a method to strip the top local header
- there should be a method to set the destination of a call based on the top Route header
