Nnnn listeners export fixes

this PR addresses multiple fixes related to nested inputs and listener changes.
- sets the default target id to -1 to avoid defaulting to an artboard when a target id is missing
- invalidates listeners that are in the wrong state
- validates that exported input changes are pointing to the right type of triggers
- does not export listeners that don't have targets
