KhaM Roadmap

Phase 1 – Foundation Layer (Now)

• Repo live with README and sample prompts
• Add Bhooter Raja + Mumbai Meri Jaan examples
• Set contribution format for dialect packs
• Launch Voice Memory collection form

Phase 2 – Infra Build

• Add /whispered/ folder for voice-tagged emotion samples
• Define prompt structure spec (persona + tone + context)
• Build minimal API for prompt retrieval

Phase 3 – Community + Integration

• Enable GitHub Sponsors/OpenCollective
• Partner with diaspora orgs to sponsor dialects
• Use KhaM in JugaduGPT live personas
• Publish integration guide (LangChain, GPT, Mistral)
