RFE: allow build pesign against openssl

It would be good to have possibility to build pesign against openssl.

I'm not sure what this request is even asking for since we're using nssdbs for storage.

BTW: looks like pesign use custom set of Makefile files.
Would you welcome patche with GNU autotools or meson? 🤔
