Hi,

since Version 43.93.0 cli parameters like --dry-run won't be replaced to --dry-run=full anymore, when it is the last argument. I guess the change happened around this commit: 93985c3

$ docker run renovate/renovate:43.93.0 "myrepository" --dry-run 
error: option '--dry-run <string>' argument missing

$ docker run renovate/renovate:43.93.0  --dry-run "myrepository"
INFO: Renovate started
       "renovateVersion": "43.93.0"
WARN: cli config dryRun property has been changed to full
...
