When showing datetime in web UI, please include the timezone.

For example, viewing job logs have a "Last updated" and a "Completed at" timestamp. It is not obvious to me if the time shown is UTC, or my local timezone.

If I download the logs, they show time with zone UTC "time":"2026-03-26T22:21:38.561Z",
