Upstream seastar?

Will your fork eventually pull in upstream seastar? Particularly looking at the fix for scylladb/scylladb#10667 which also prevents redpanda from starting on certain XFS systems.

We pull in upstream seastar periodically. I didn't look closely, but it appears that fix is already in the version of seastar we are using.

I may be looking at the wrong place then, as https://github.com/redpanda-data/seastar/commits/master looks fairly sparse

I think we are using the v22.2.x branch

yeh i think perhaps the forking model for seastar dep has changed. ill look into it.
